Second, once you publish an article, it stays up forever! That means an article can continue to generate traffic for you long after you publish it.
The beginning of article marketing is keyword research. Ultimately, you want people to find your item, and you want those people to be interested in what you’re marketing. Therefore, you need specific keywords that are likely to be found. This requires the perfect combination of traffic and competition. You can manually search for keywords for free with Google, but this can be time consuming. If you have the resources available, it is certainly worth investing in purchasing a keyword research tool.
Once you have your keywords, simply write articles on those keywords. Once you have the article, you’ll want to submit it to an article directory like EzineArticles. Article directories are called authority sites because they get a preferential ranking from Google. They do this by creating their own quality standards for what they will accept.
Most article directories will allow you to put some information at the bottom of the page. This is where you put the website you want to promote. That way, when people search for your keyword, they read your article, they like it, and they click the link at the bottom. So you have traffic going to your website! If you can get started with a couple of articles, you can become a successful internet marketer in no time!
