Maybe you live in a house full of clutter. Looking at it and thinking he MUST order it, he can feel overwhelmed. You may hear yourself say, “I have to do something about all this clutter.” So, you can imagine some unknown force trying to intimidate you into “obeying” and “fixing” the mess…as if the habit of cluttering is a broken part of you.

Perhaps thinking that you must reduce the entire amount of clutter quickly, apart from that you begin to feel anxious, frozen, and overwhelmed, knowing that “fixing” the clutter right away is impossible. You feel so? Or would you rather feel like you can make a difference in that mess while appreciating your efforts?

small steps

Instead of feeling anxious and overwhelmed with ordering, focus ONLY on making a small, manageable section. Imagine that you have 6 extra minutes and you are going to use them to tidy up a section or a room.

Then, after you’ve done the six-minute cleanse, give yourself credit for making a difference in that area. If you like, keep the mess for 6 minutes in that room or pile every day until the entire section is completely tidy. Remember to congratulate yourself after you have cleared.

use your imagination

Imagine someone called you on the phone and told you about a newlywed couple who don’t have enough furniture. As you listen to the caller describe them, you imagine how good it would feel to help a newlywed couple.

Remember when you were young and married for the first time. You lived on a limited budget and could only afford to decorate your apartment sparsely. You look back on that memory and think, “Maybe now we can give these people in honor of those who helped us when we were young newlyweds. We can give this newlywed couple our recliner and get a new one.

I’ll talk to my husband about it.” You and your husband talk about giving away your old furniture to these young newlyweds. You clean up the living room area where the recliner now sits.

You imagine a happy smile on the face of the young newlyweds who will receive your furniture. Her husband thinks, “Now I’m going to buy the new recliner I’ve been looking for to watch TV. This is working great. Plus, we’re helping a young couple. This is a great day!”

There are many good things you can do for yourself by training your brain to take small steps. It’s even easier when you use hypnosis to change your clothes. When we engage in activities where we can easily earn, we are simply enjoying life.
