YOUR REAL ESTATE IS READY – THE DOCUMENT NEEDS YOUR SIGNATURE

Have you ever been through a real estate transaction? I do, and from what I remember, there is a lot of paperwork involved, including a credit check. The loan company has to make sure that you qualify for a loan. Scoring involves the company finding out if you have a job, how much you earn, how much debt you owe, if you pay your bills on time, and so on. All the information you provide has to be verified; after that, you get a response that says: 1) “Congratulations, you can get the loan” or 2) “No, you don’t qualify.” The feedback could lead to a happy or discouraging time. What has been your experience and how did you deal with it?

I know how you can acquire real estate in the most beautiful location that doesn’t require all that hassle and uncertainty. In fact, it’s paid for, the paperwork is in your name only, title is non-transferable, and no one can foreclose on you. Like I said, you pay; you can never be evicted! All you need to do to be able to move into this property of yours, no questions asked, is sign an acceptance document.

Would you be interested in this property? They don’t force it on you; as good as it is, you still have the option to decline it. But why would you do that? Oh, I must also tell you that once you enter this closed city, you will be free from all diseases, pains, tears, heartaches and death. At this point, you should be asking yourself, “Where is the document with the dotted line? I’m ready to sign.”

It’s a good thing you’re wondering, because I can’t wait to tell you. That closed city is heaven, the dwelling place of God. Jesus, through the shedding of his blood, paid the price on behalf of all those who wanted to go there. The credit of Jesus is impeccable before the Father; with his blood he took care of the details. He once told his disciples: “In my Father’s house there are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will return and take you with me, so that where I am you also” (John 14:2-3 NIV).

How do you sign on the dotted line? The Bible says that we are all sinners and that the payment for sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ (see Romans 3:23 and 6:23). This means that being a sinner disqualifies us from going to heaven unless we repent of our sins and accept the fact that Jesus died in our place (see Romans 10:9-10). Are you ready to sign on the dotted line to claim your place in heaven? Then pray to God, ask for forgiveness, and ask Jesus to come into your heart and make you a child of God. That is the signature that changes everything.

Remember how I said title is not transferable and you will never be evicted? Well, here is that promise: “For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life” (John 3:16 NIV). he word “anyone” is singular (each one for his account), and “eternal life” is an indication that his stay in heaven will be forever; the same promise is made in 1 John 5:13: “I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life.”

Now with this explanation, feel free to accept the offer of salvation and new life in Christ Jesus (see 2 Corinthians 5:17). Time is running out; you have to make this decision while you are alive. If you miss this opportunity, you won’t get another chance. Make up your mind today and be sure to go be with Jesus one day: forever!
