Step 1 – Set up an amazing home page
A home page is simply a one page site that has some teaser ad copy and a subscription box where a visitor who is interested in your offer can leave their name and email address to receive what you are offering.
It’s easy to set up and can be done in less than an hour.
Step 2: Offer a quality free gift
Now you offer a quality free gift.
Once you identify the niche you want to exploit, simply find or get a free product, like an e-book on the topic or a subscription to some newsletter on the niche.
You can get an e-book or other similar product from countless online sources in whatever niche you’re interested in researching. Just make sure the product comes with PLR or master gift rights so you can freely distribute it.
Step 3: Capture your visitors’ email addresses
When a visitor lands on your home page (sometimes called a landing page or signup page), they’ll read your offer, and if they’re interested in getting that freebie, they’ll need to enter their name and email address on that signup. cash register.
They will then be immediately taken to a download page where they can receive their gift.
And let me also say this… if that free eBook has a link to one of your programs embedded and they click on it to see your main offer, when they buy, you will receive an instant affiliate commission!
The more visitors who opt in to receive your gift, the more they will download that gift to their hard drive. When they click on your link, whether it’s the next day, the next week, or the next month, any purchase they make will earn you that affiliate commission we’re all looking for.
The goal here is to get that freebie on as many hard drives as possible so it can stay there and attract your “subscriber” in the future.
Step 4: Provide them with value and information through a series of emails
I pace their autoresponder with about 12-15 quality emails in the target niche and trickle-feed them that stuff at the rate of one email every other day. Make sure it is good content and that it is informative for your readers.
For the first three or four emails, don’t offer any affiliate products because you’re building trust with your target audience.
After the fourth email, you can start inserting an affiliate link in your pre-scheduled emails for an affiliate product that you may be promoting. When a subscriber clicks on that link and purchases your product, you will earn another affiliate commission.
That’s all it takes to build your residual income if the product you’re promoting is a membership-type service that requires a monthly fee to participate.
Step 5: Drive traffic to your subscription page
This step is simple but tricky if you think too much at this stage.
All you have to do is drive traffic to your site.
Sounds simple, right?
Can be.
Just do what you can to drive traffic to your site.
If you have a blog, post regular updates.
And remember, it’s simply a numbers game. The more traffic you direct to your site, the more visitors will opt for your offer and the more sales you will generate when they click on your link. And with that comes higher affiliate commissions and a greater stream of income. And like I said earlier, if you’re promoting a membership-type service that requires a fee to join, you’ll start earning residual income from your efforts, as well as an ever-increasing affiliate commission check.
The bigger you build your list, the more sales you will generate. The more sales you generate, the higher your residual income and the higher your overall take-home pay.
