With its 11.5 million WoW accounts, World Of Warcraft is undoubtedly one of the most popular Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games or MMORPGs. People from all walks of life play on these servers, and the character classes are professions similar to jobs in real life. Do you want to know what are the popular jobs on most wow accounts? I have listed three below:

3) Paladins

According to a website that has a census of WoW accounts, around 937,803 or 12% of all WoW accounts use this character class. They are known as the “Warriors of the Holy Light”, the typical gang of good guys who like truth, honor and justice. They have a strong dislike for the undead and the Burning Legion, wanting the exact opposite of what the Paladins stand for. They offer comfort to the downtrodden and enthusiastically kick the butt of their enemies, but focus their efforts on destroying undead and demons.

The bad guys don’t like the Holy Light. Humans, Ironforge dwarves, and draenei, on the other hand, worship the Holy Light, so they are most likely new recruits to be paladins. However, this class has fallen on bad times. They refused to kill innocent people believed to be infected by the undead plague of the Scourge during the Third War. However, they continue to defend the weak despite being kicked out of their old homes.

2) The hunters

The WoW Account Census website indicates that 1,069,704 or 13% of all WoW accounts have this character class. As the name suggests, the hunters stalk, pray and take them down. They survive thanks to their knowledge of rugged terrain and their ability to use ranged weapons such as bows and rifles.

While every race in the game can become a hunter, there are some races that are perfectly compatible with the profession. Movies like The Lord of the Rings trilogy portray elves as hunters, Legolas in particular. The orcs of the Horde learned to be hunters from the forest trolls of Lordeaon, but they prefer to strike their enemies face to face with melee weapons, not like the elves who use their bows and arrows from a distance. This breed has some ability to emulate aspects of different animals to help them. This is done to survive in the possibly dangerous wilderness in which he and his prey find themselves.

1) The Death Knights

On the WoW account census website, this character class is used by 1,314,552 or 16% of Wow accounts overall. Prior to the game’s version 3.0.8 update, players who wanted to create a Death Knight character class had to reach level 55 on the realm they wanted to do it on, and were only allowed one per realm.

With the recent patch, players only need a level 55 character and can make a Death Knight on any server. What is the problem with this popular class? It is the fact that this class is bred for aggressive combat in Players vs. Players (PvP) and Player vs. Environments (PvE). They wear plate armor and can wield two different bladed weapons. Since they don’t normally use shields, they defend (or “tank”) with their high armor ratio, high parry chance strategy.

Whatever class you choose for your WoW accounts, always remember to have fun. This is the reason the game was created in the first place!
