So I started going to the gym. The first time, I was completely exhausted. After two hours of exercises, I had a hard time coming home. So after that I asked myself “Is this really necessary?” For example, my aunt told me the above diet. Also, the GYM track was given by a friend at school. Yes, but after trying these ways, I was completely disappointed. I thought no one can help me. Perhaps now you are in the exact situation! I recommend using our diet or trying the GYM method.
