The man has struggled with being overweight ever since he started eating processed foods. It is also a known fact that being overweight is mainly a direct connection with people’s eating habits. I spoke to a traditional Eastern Ayurvedic doctor (he treats patients using only herbs) in India about this. He gave a good solution for this problem once and for all.

It is a known fact that Buddhist monks do not eat dinner at night either. They do not do it because they are overweight but for good health since they do not involve exercises.

Some people use recipes to lose weight, but they must do so with good eating habits.

This is what an Ayurvedic doctor said if you really wanted to lose weight

Have dinner around 5.00 pm not at night. The main reason is that you will deposit a lot of extra fat or calories if you eat at night. If you eat dinner at night and go to bed, you will deposit additional unwanted calories in your body. Eat a fiber-rich vegetarian dinner with fruit at 5:00 pm This will help reduce the amount of fat deposited. For dinner do not eat carbohydrate-rich foods at all. If you feel hungry at night, just eat fruits like apples to stave off hunger. If you eat a high-fiber vegetarian diet at 5:00 pm, you won’t feel hungry for a long time.

Another benefit of dining at this time is that you will feel hungry in the morning.

If you cannot eat dinner at this time, please do so as soon as possible, that is, after 17:00.

Drink water between meals and avoid eating between meals.

Avoid carbohydrate-rich foods like fast foods, rice, and bread as much as possible, instead eating fruits and vegetables. This way you won’t get hungry between meals because our bodies take much longer to digest high-fiber foods than processed foods.

Take vegetarian, fruit as much as possible for all 3 meals. The calorie intake of vegetarian fruits is sufficient for the daily caloric requirement of an average person. Just think of an elephant that only eats grass, but the energy that elephant has?

This formula above has been tried and tested and it has to work for you. The Ayurvedic doctor himself follows this method.

In addition to the above, you can drink about a bottle of water after waking up and wait about 45 minutes. after drinking water and having breakfast. The first few days you will want to go to the bathroom more often, but then you will get used to it. Start with a smaller amount of water and gradually work your way up to a 1 liter (1 L) bottle of water if possible or as much as you can handle. Also drink water between meals.

You will see clear skin, refreshed good skin tone and I personally reduce my acne problem without any pill just by drinking water as above.

If you can follow all of the above, you will not only lose weight, but you will also benefit from lower cholesterol levels, normal blood pressure and avoiding the risk of paralysis, good skin tone and a longer lifespan as well.
